Thank you for writing for me! I am thrilled to be part of RSoI once again, and am very much looking forward to whatever you write!
Here are some things I like:

What I Want, What I Really Really Want
None of this is in any particular order than 'what I managed to get into the AO3 form when it wasn't autofilling properly' with a side of 'vaguely grouped by characters/pairings.' A lot of these are slice-of-life prompts but that really is just because that's where my head's at when I'm writing this letter, not because I prefer that to all else.
Ship Ships
Leo de la Iglesia/Ji Guang-Hong
They're just so cute, damn it. They genuinely like each other and seem to think about each other often, and this is definitely a ship where I love the potential for cross-cultural exchange. Imagine them sitting and watching Battle Without Honor or Humanity together! Plot ideas:

Otabek Altin & Leo de la Iglesia
I am completely in love with the idea of Otabek and Leo getting to know each other while Otabek trained in the US, and I think there has to be at least a little bit of trust (or Leo is just really that good at social media, but I prefer the former). Leo is so open and friendly and Otabek is so reserved, and I love that contrast, especially if Leo gets Otabek to open up. Plot ideas, shippy and less so:
Otabek Altin/Leo de la Iglesia/Ji Guang-Hong/Yuri Plisetsky
Here, take several pairings I love and mush them together. Anyway! All the things I said above about Otabek + Leo + Guang-Hong still hold, and then take the very DRAMATIC and GRUMPY Yuri Plisetsky, and yes, good. Yuri is trying SO HARD to be cool, and Otabek is reasonably cool but also kind of a huge dork, Leo's pretty cool and also superfriendly and also, yeah, kind of a dork, and Guang-Hong doesn't care about being cool at all, which, you know, is pretty cool too.
Okay, I'm no longer allowed to use the word cool. Anyway. They have a really interesting set of contrasting personalities, and yet, I think they'd all more or less get along.
Otabek Altin/Phichit Chulanont
Otabek Altin & Phichit Chulanont
Otabek and Phichit are the groundbreakers; they've got little if any state support behind them and they're both invested in supporting their country/spreading skating in their countries. I'm dying to know what they think of each other, if they ever hang out, if people try to get them to talk about each other as The Pioneers ad they kind of roll their eyes or if they're proud of each other too.
Phichit Chulanont/Celestino Cialdini
I'm not even gonna lie, I just want them to bang. Is it the size difference? The age difference? The way they have very different personalities but clearly get on like a house on fire? IDK, IDK. Anyway, I like how much they respect each other, and they seem to treat each other pretty equally despite the coach/student thing.
Otabek Altin/Katsuki Yuuri
This is another pairing that don't really interact in canon but that I'd like to see interacting. Both of them are initially outwardly reserved, but actually just as nuts as everyone else in the cast.
I talk some about the dynamics I like between Yuri and Yuuri <a href="https://lady-ganesh.dreamwidth.org/121685.html">here</a> in my AgeEx letter, and I really like the idea of the push and pull between these three.

...or you could just add Victor. I know these are different dynamics but I'm putting the prompt list together to avoid a ton of repetition.
They're just so much fun together! I really liked watching them hang out at the Cup of China, and would love to see more hanging out. Road trips, showing their countries off, getting horribly lost while looking for Niagara Falls, and, again, cooking together, comparing music, working on programs. (If you want to write Phichit & Leo/Guang-Hong, that'd be fine too, though please make Phichit a good friend and not a third wheel.)
I will add prompts if I think of more, but assignments are supposed to go out tonight, so I'll stop here for now. At any rate, thank you again! Please, follow your heart (aside from that DNW list); I'm looking forward to what you dream up!

- The international cast of YoI! I love all the opportunities to explore different languages and cultures and habits and hobbies, especially food and dancing.
- Everyone here is good at what they do, in fact, they're some of the best in the world.
DNWs are:
- No smut with anyone younger than Plisetsky is at the start of canon.
- No non-con/dubcon.
- No infidelity (open relationships are fine).
- No MPREG or a/b/o. I'd prefer no trans* headcanons for these characters.

- Honestly, you could just write them cuddling and watching the GPF together and I'd be happy. Or movie night, as I said above.
- Or Leo gets injured and Guang-Hong has to both compete and take care of his friend/boyfriend (or vice versa!)

- Pre-canon FWB and/or first adolescent fumblings
- Learning from each other, even though they have very different styles
- Catching up at 4CC or Worlds post-canon (or at any other competition)

- Getting caught together in a rainstorm
- This is another pairing that could be super cute cooking together, actually

This is another pairing that don't really interact in canon but that I'd like to see interacting. Both of them are initially outwardly reserved, but actually just as nuts as everyone else in the cast.
- Yuuri's having trouble picking music again and asks Yuri's friend for help
- Precanon hookup at some point in the GPF series that they never tell anyone about ever
- Or maybe they do when they hook up again post-canon
- Bonding over whatever the hell thing Yuri and Victor are up to/arguing about this time

- Really porny bets about how everyone lands on the podium.
- Yuri finds out that Yuuri and Otabek hooked up pre-canon, all hell breaks loose.
